Stayed here for 9 nights, in deluxe room with pool access. The room was big, well equipped, and the terrace with pool access was amazing! Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. If ever we come back to Rawai Beach, we will come back here!

The hotel is the worst I have seen so far and I travel a lot. It stinks in the room. The beds and bed linen stink of old sweat, the bed linen is changed at most once a week, but even the fresh bed linen has many stains etc. Blankets, pillows etc. have clear mold stains! Cleaning is only superficial. Our small child soiled the bed linen, the bed was covered without being changed. The air conditioning sounds like an airplane crashing. Service in the restaurant is miserable.Fried eggs are offered at breakfast, which seem to have been left over from yesterday. All juices taste artificial and are apparently anything but fresh. Lunch and dinner (full board) are only offered according to a certain menu, the waitress is not always able to write down correctly what you have ordered and it takes a very, very long time until the food is brought.40 minutes until a glass of water is brought is not uncommon. Accordingly, we ate out most of the time and not in the hotel. Late check-out not possible because the rooms are supposedly fully booked. Although it is clearly visible that some rooms are empty. The only good thing about the hotel is the pool area (although I have seen better ones) and the location, quite close to Rawai Beach where there are many restaurants. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!

Nice clean resort that has a close walk to the beach and commercial area. Large rooms available with great showers. Decent AC, a little slow to cool down but will get the job done. Only thing was that there was a funny odor in the rooms. Great view both sides of the resort as long your on the second floor or higher. Breakfast has many food and beverage options to choose from.

When we first arrived my room’s AC was broken but they came a fixed it right away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating so I enjoyed that part of my stay. You can tell the resort is older but it was renovated so it’s not as noticeable — also there’s no full length mirror. This resort is in a quieter area so there’s not too much to do within walking distance like the Kata Beach area. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay.

Even though the towels were washed, they still had traces of dirt. The hotel has its glory days behind it. Outside you can see pipes and earth sliding from under the buildings. There was mold in the pool.

The hotel is really good. We didn't like the town of Rawai as a place to stay in Phuket, but this hotel was very nice! Very large and beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
